Art is well known for its potential to support health and well being, to heal, to reduce stress and anxiety, to express emotions and to encourage independence.  

 

Active Art helps young children to use their imagination and creative expression, motivating and inspiring children.

This helps them to:

  • Grow in confidence

  • Foster positive aspirations 

  • Question and be curious 

  • Be aware of themselves and of the world around them

  • Create greater levels of motivation

  • Improve their creative thinking

  • Work well within a team

Each of our creative sessions provide imaginative opportunities for children to explore their identity, skills and abilities whilst helping them to develop resilience and positive emotion.
